Buyer profile: https://www.achatpublic.com Main characteristics: The present consultation concerns the design and implementation of the project to build an EHPAD, including a pole of adapted activities and care (PASA) and a day centre (AJ), located in Crézancy (02650). The site, with an area of approximately 6 140 m², will include external arrangements, notably circulation routes, a parking area, green spaces, a logistics courtyard, buried technical networks, as well as therapeutic gardens and a reception garden, for a total surface area of approximately 2 920 m². The site will have two separate accesses. The contract includes all design studies and all construction work necessary for the completion of the structures. The construction of the new building, with a floor area of approximately 5 756 m², will be carried out on a plot free of any construction, located north of the commune of Crézancy. The building will be developed on two levels, representing approximately 2 878 m² per level. The project provides for the creation of an EHPAD with approximately 86 permanent accommodation places, comprising exclusively single rooms, as well as all the premises necessary for the operation of the establishment and the reception of staff. The EHPAD will include, in particular: - 58 permanent accommodation places, including 14 places for elderly disabled persons, - An Alzheimer's care unit with 14 places, - A gerontopsychiatric care unit with 14 places, - A pole of adapted activities and care (PASA) with 14 places, - A day centre with 10 places, - A kitchen
