The subject of the contract is the creation of a modern system for creating a roster, which will ensure efficient, safe and user-friendly shift planning in continuous operation. The system will enable the creation of a roster covering all required shifts and will allow data to be managed in accordance with the definitions set out in the tender conditions. The system will be designed as a web application including three separate interfaces – Planner, My Roster and ATS Panel. Each of these is intended for a different group of users and provides the corresponding range of functions, from creating and managing rosters to daily planning of activities in the ATS hall. The final output will be the delivery of a functional and tested system (application) for creating a roster that takes into account the structure of work in shift-based continuous operation, including the planning of irregular shifts. The development and maintenance of the system will be provided by the supplier for the lifetime of the system, i.e. for a period of 10 years.
