France – Refuse and waste related services – MISE A DISPOSITION DE CONTENANTS/CAISSONS, ENLEVEMENT, TRANSPORT, RECEPTION, TRI, TRAITEMENT, VALORISATION ET ELIMINATION DES DECHETS EN 2 LOTS SUR 3 ANS

From 1 January 2027, the municipality must manage waste from the maintenance of communal spaces or resulting from municipal works. The present contract concerns the provision of containers (skips, bins), their removal, as well as the reception, sorting, treatment, valorisation and, if necessary, disposal of municipal waste. These services are divided into two independent lots:

- Lot 1: Removal, transport and treatment of green waste, rubble, cardboard and wood and packaging

- Lot 2: Removal, transport, sorting and treatment of street-sweeping waste and refuse

The contractor for each lot must ensure the management of waste from its reception at the contractor's facility until its transfer to the authorised final treatment channels, in strict compliance with applicable regulations.
