This Technical Specification Document aims to establish the technical requirements for the supply and commissioning of cloud infrastructure in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The scope includes all material elements and services necessary to ensure a stable, secure cloud environment for ENAIRE that complies with the requirements of the National Security Scheme (ENS). The procurement of an authorized Oracle partner with proven experience in implementing OCI reference architectures is required to guarantee the acquisition of Oracle Universal Credits (OCU), in line with the requirements detailed in this procurement procedure.
