The dynamic purchasing system is created for the delivery of laboratory consumables and reagents for the needs of the medical-diagnostic clinical laboratory of MBAL "Sv. Ivan Rilski Gorna Oryahovitsa" EOOD. The initial "General Technical Specification for the dynamic purchasing system" attached to the documentation lists the required reagents and consumables and their quantities according to the assessment of the Contracting Authority at the time of creation of the DPS. These quantities are indicative and do not oblige the Contracting Authority to order them in full. The specification may be changed during the DPS, including the addition of new reagents and consumables and/or the change of their quantities. The specification may also be amended and supplemented during the restricted procedures conducted within the framework of the current DPS. The term of the current DPS is 36 months. The dynamic purchasing system is open throughout its term for any candidate that meets the selection criteria. Access to and participation in it are free and without charge for all interested parties. Detailed information on its operation is contained in the attached Instructions for Participation. The deadline for submitting initial applications for inclusion in the DPS is 23:59 on 04.05.2026.
