Civil liability of staff and of the Public Administration, arising from a criminal process, covering the defence in court of the insured and the policyholder, and the civil damages resulting from convictions in this process. It also includes additional coverages related to assaults on staff and damage to vehicles by public health and/or social health services, due to the service, which have been administratively justified as part of the employer's risk, in accordance with the attached need report.
