Bulgaria – Building demolition and wrecking work and earthmoving work – „Разрушаване сграда трафокула и прилежащи помещения, частичен ремонт вътрешна ограда и направа на асфалтова настилка в п/ст „Горна Оряховица”

**Contract Volume**

1. **Demolition of the Trafokula building and adjacent premises**

- Dismantling of all existing metal structures and elements (doors, overhead crane, internal stairs, etc.) and storage at a location indicated by the contracting authority (on the territory of the substation);

- Dismantling of the wooden roof structure of the eastern extension;

- Demolition of the building, including adjacent premises, down to elevation – 0.60 m. relative to the level of the adjacent terrain;

- Removal of the generated construction waste to a regulated depot.

2. **Repair of the internal fence**

- Dismantling of part of the existing and construction of a new internal fence of the 110 kV OHR in the zone of the building intended for demolition;

- Delivery and installation of a new transport gate.

3. **Asphalt paving**

- Breaking up and removal to a depot of the existing asphalt paving in the area designated for the laying of a new one;

- Excavation;

- Delivery and laying of a crushed stone base;

- Laying of a new asphalt paving.
