Subject of the Contract: Execution of public transport of passengers on approved route schedules of bus lines from the regional and municipal transport scheme of Dolni Chiflik Municipality, by separate positions:

SEPARATE POSITION 1: Execution of public transport on 2 regional and 3 municipal bus lines, as follows:

1. Route: Варна - Dolni Chiflik

Line Characteristics: Operates year-round. From Bus Station (BS) Варна: 6.45, 10.00; From BS Dolni Chiflik: 8.20, 11.30

2. Route: Варна - Венелин

Line Characteristics: Operates year-round. From BS Варна: 11.45, 15.00; From Венелин: 13.35, 16.30; Operates year-round, only on Sunday: From BS Варна: 15.00; From Венелин: 16.30

3. Route: Dolni Chiflik – Шкорпиловци

Line Characteristics: Operates year-round. From BS Dolni Chiflik: 7.40, 10.30, 14.40; From Шкорпиловци: 8.15, 11.00, 15.15

4. Route: Dolni Chiflik – Шкорпиловци

Line Characteristics: Operates seasonally: from 01.06. to 15.09. throughout the week; from 16.09. to 31.05. on weekdays. From BS Dolni Chiflik: 16.40; From Шкорпиловци: 17.30

5. Route: Dolni Chiflik – Юнец

Line Characteristics: Operates year-round. From BS Dolni Chiflik: 6.50, 9.50, 12.00, 14.40, 16.40; From Нова Шипка: 7.20, 10.20, 12.30, 15.10, 17.10

2. Route: Dolni Chiflik – Булаир

Line Characteristics: Operates on weekdays, year-round; Operates on Sunday, year-round. From BS Dolni Chiflik: 8.30, 15.30, 17.10; From Булаир: 9.20, 16.20, 18.00

3. Route: Dolni Chiflik – Венелин

Line Characteristics: Operates year-round (Monday to Friday). From BS Dolni Chiflik: 6.40, 9.50, 11.30; From Венелин: 6.55, 10.05, 11.45

4. Route: Dolni Chiflik – Венелин

Line Characteristics: Operates seasonally (from 15.09 to 30.06, Monday to Friday). From BS Dolni Chiflik: 14.25; From Венелин: 14.40

Route: stop BS Dolni Chiflik – stop “Praskova” – stop “Edelweiss” – stop “Lily” – stop “23rd September” – stop “Barash” Library – stop “Kamchia” – stop “3rd March” – stop “Centre” – stop “T-market” – stop “Army” Park – stop “Dolni Chiflik” Kindergarten – stop “Batak” – stop Apothecary “Manolova”

Line Characteristics: Operates daily except Sunday, year-round. From stop BS Dolni Chiflik: 7.10, 9.30, 11.30, 13.30, 14.30, 16.10; From stop Apothecary “Manolova”: 7.36, 9.56, 11.56, 13.56, 14.56, 16.36

The technical requirements of the Contracting Authority and the activities included in the subject of the public contract are specified in the Technical Specifications. The Contracting Authority determines the technical specifications in accordance with Article 48, Paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act, in line with the requirements of the applicable regulatory acts in the respective field.

CRITERION FOR AWARDING THE CONTRACT

The public contract is awarded based on the most economically advantageous offer, determined by the criterion “lowest price”, in accordance with Article 70, Paragraph 2, Item 1 of the Public Procurement Act, in accordance with the applied Methods for Evaluation of Offers by the respective separate position.
