Bulgaria – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – „Извършване на превоз на пътници с превозни средства –автобуси, както и осигуряване посрещане на пътници и координация на пътуването за нуждите на Българска федерация по волейбол"

The main objective of the current procedure is to select a contractor possessing professional qualifications and practical experience in the provision of passenger transport services by bus, as well as the provision of passenger reception and travel coordination, to whom the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation will entrust the execution of the current public order, at the most economically advantageous conditions and for the most effective use of resources, in pursuit of the principles of publicity, transparency, ensuring free and loyal competition and preventing discrimination in the satisfaction of the needs of the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation, related to the sports calendar. At the moment, the financing is under the conditions of Art. 114 of the Public Procurement Act.
