The NPO wishes to select a media agency to act as a strategic partner in the coming years. The aim of the contract is to make the most effective use of paid media: reaching and engaging as many Dutch people as possible with the public broadcaster's media offering, with a particular focus on young people. The agency will support the NPO with strategic advice, efficient media purchasing, data-driven optimisation and innovative insights, so that media campaigns contribute to a broad and diverse reach and a strong connection with younger target groups.
