The Management Board of “Elektrorazpredelitelni Mreji Zapad” EAD, as a sectoral contracting authority for public procurement under Article 5(4)(2) of the Public Procurement Act (PPA), carrying out sectoral activities under Article 123(2) in connection with Article 125(1)(1) of the PPA and § 2(60) of the PPA Ordinance, based on special or exclusive rights under § 2(47) of the PPA, opens and conducts a procedure of the type “negotiated with prior invitation to participate” for the award of a public contract with the subject: “Delivery of remote-controlled three-pole sectionalised circuit breaker for outdoor installation 24 kV/12.5 kA”, ref. No. PPD 26-051. The contracting authority opens and conducts the current procedure of negotiated with prior invitation to participate based on Article 132 in connection with Article 18(1)(4), Article 19(2) and Article 20(1)(3), point “b” of the PPA. The subject of the public procurement is “delivery of goods, carried out through purchase” in accordance with the meaning of Article 3(1)(2) of the PPA and is the subject of concluding a contract with an executor for the delivery and purchase of a remote-controlled three-pole sectionalised circuit breaker for outdoor installation 24 kV/12.5 kA, in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the notice and the participation documentation. The subject of the current public procurement is not divided into separate lots. The forecast quantity for the contract period of 24 (twenty-four) months is as follows: Remote-controlled three-pole sectionalised circuit breaker for outdoor installation / TTTPS 24 kV/12.5 kA 140 units.
