Netherlands – Sewage digesters – Ledigen en reinigen slibgistingstanks

Waterschap Vallei en Veluwe invites market parties to collaborate within the framework agreement for the emptying and cleaning of sludge digestion tanks. We are looking for partners who not only possess the necessary expertise and experience in the safe emptying, cleaning and/or preparation of sludge digestion tanks, but also want to invest in a sustainable, open and reliable cooperation, without an integral execution obligation. The works include, inter alia, the emptying of sludge digestion tanks, the removal and disposal of sludge (residues), the cleaning of the tanks and associated installation parts, as well as the performance of additional works that are necessary to be able to safely inspect, maintain or put the tanks back into operation. No maximum has been set on the number of framework contractors within the framework agreement; any Registrant who meets the required suitability criteria (see Section 4) is eligible for admission. Based on historical expenditure, the size of the contract for the emptying and cleaning of sludge digestion tanks is estimated at approximately €300,000 (excluding VAT) per year. For the entire term of the agreement of 6 years, including extensions, the total estimated size is set at approximately €1,800,000 (excluding VAT). To cover possible unforeseen costs, a margin of 100% has been applied in the estimate, resulting in a ceiling amount of €3,600,000 (excluding VAT) for the entire term of the contract. The above-mentioned amounts are indicative only. The contractor can derive no claim or right from this. The contracting entity has no obligation to take delivery and gives no turnover guarantee. All amounts mentioned are exclusive of VAT.
