France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – MISSION DE MAITRISE D’ŒUVRE PORTANT SUR LA RESTRUCTURATION PARTIELLE DU BATIMENT USLD SP20 SUR LE SITE DU CENTRE HOSPITALIER GUILLAUME REGNIER A RENNES (35)

The contract to be awarded is a design contract for the partial restructuring works of the USLD unit of building SP20 of the CH Guillaume Régnier - Main Site in Rennes. The duration of the contract runs from the date of notification until the end of the guarantee of perfect completion of the works concerned by the operation. The design mission elements relate to a rehabilitation operation as defined by Article R.2431-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a negotiated procedure in accordance with Article L2124-3 and Articles R2124-3 3° and R2161-12 to R2161-20 of the Public Procurement Code. The mission entrusted is a basic design mission including: sketch studies (ESQ), preliminary design studies (AVP): summary (APS) and final (APD), project studies (PRO); assistance for the award of public works contracts (ACT), review of execution studies (VISA); management of the execution of the works contract(s) (DET); assistance provided to the client during the acceptance operations and during the perfect completion guarantee period (AOR). The additional missions are: Diagnostic studies (DIAG) and Coordination of Fire Safety Systems (SSI). Administrative authorisations are the responsibility of the contractor. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is €4.5 million exlusive of taxes.
