The Financial Reporting & Controlling function of Danmarks Nationalbank consists of 2 teams, which collectively are responsible for the accounting of Danmarks Nationalbank and Statsgældsforvaltningen, internal financial management for the Nationalbank, as well as creditor (and debtor) accounting, including handling of VAT and fixed assets. Within Danmarks Nationalbank's HR function, payroll accounting is handled, where all tasks related to the payment of salaries to the Customer's employees and pensioners in Danmarks Nationalbank’s Pensionskasse are handled, including reconciliation, reporting, and statistics. Specifically, in the payroll function, the bank's employees are pre-paid. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to ensure the Customer's access to purchase services as a result of employee departures and until the position is re-filled, as well as, when needed, advice or review of existing practices. Furthermore, there may be a need for training.
