Germany – Industrial gases – Die Lieferung der technischen Gasen für die Kraftwerksanlagen der BEW

The BEW Berliner Energie und Wärme GmbH (BEW) intends to conclude a framework agreement for the demand-driven supply of technical gases for its power plant sites in Berlin. The scope of services includes the site-wide supply of various industrial, test and special gases according to the respective call-off requirements of the contracting authority. Delivery can be made in different packaging forms as required. The services are provided within the framework of individual call-offs during the contract period. The quantities provided for in the framework agreement are estimated quantities and do not constitute an obligation to take delivery. Compliance with all relevant legal provisions and technical regulations is required, in particular: • REACH and CLP Regulation • ADR regulations for the transport of dangerous goods • relevant DIN and EN standards • BetrSichV and other safety-related regulations The detailed service documents will be made available to the selected tenderers during the tendering phase.
