Germany – Engineering services – Markt Presseck: Sanierung Kindertagesstätte Schulhaus Wartenfels

The municipality of Presseck plans the renovation and expansion of the kindergarten in the district of Wartenfels. Currently, a kindergarten group is located in the basement of the former school building in Wartenfels. As part of the construction measure, the municipality intends to expand the kindergarten to include a nursery group, functionally and aesthetically restructure it, and adapt it to current requirements. The partial energy renovation of the building will be limited to the areas relevant to the kindergarten (basement including adjacent areas on the ground floor). Planning services for the building according to HOAI have already been provided for this purpose. The LPH 1 and 2 (preliminary studies and preliminary design with cost estimate) are completed. Landscape and specialist planners have not been involved to date. The total costs are estimated at approximately 2.0 million € gross. The project will be funded with public funds according to FAG / FAZR. A detailed description can be found in the tender documents - Annex 01.
