Germany – Chargers – Beschaffung von Stromversorgungs- und Ladeinfrastruktur für Batterieoberleitungsbusse

1. The municipal transport company Esslingen (SVE) intends to procure and install charging infrastructure for charging battery trolleybuses. The background is the reliable operation of the existing and future vehicle fleet. 2. The charging infrastructure is to be implemented at two locations of the contracting authority: a) at the main depot at Heilbronner Straße 70, 73728 Esslingen am Neckar b) at a secondary location at Stettener Straße 135, 73732 Esslingen am Neckar 3. In addition to the actual charging technology, the project also includes measures to expand or adapt the existing power supply infrastructure at both locations. The scope of supply of the contractor extends continuously from the respective network connection point via the entire electrical infrastructure (including transformer, switching, protection and distribution technology as well as the necessary cabling) to the charging technology and its interface with the vehicle contact, so that the complete functional chain of energy transmission to the vehicle is to be established and made operationally ready. 4. In addition to the delivery and installation of the charging infrastructure and the expansion of the existing power supply infrastructure, a multi-year maintenance contract (full-service contract) is to be offered as a delivery option.
