Romania – Air transport services – Acord-cadru în baza căruia se vor încheia contracte subsecvente având ca obiect prestarea de servicii de transport aerian intern și internațional de pasageri.

Framework agreement under which subsequent contracts will be awarded for the provision of domestic and international passenger air transport services (CPV code: 60400000-2), in accordance with the mandatory minimum requirements set out in Section 2: Statement of Work. Any request for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub). Number of days within which clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 20. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification: by the 11th day before the deadline set in the invitation to tender for submission of tenders.
