The contract concerns the structural deployment of individual leadership coaching, whereby one contractor provides a stable and high-quality team of senior coaches, organizes the service provision carefully, and ensures complete confidentiality of coaching conversations. The target group initially consists of approximately 50 to 55 managers and supervisors. The Municipality expects that, in principle, a maximum of five (5) coaching conversations per participant will be deployed per programme year. Based on 55 participants, this indicates a maximum of 275 conversations per year and a maximum of 825 conversations over the full possible contract duration of three years. The actual deployment depends on participation, individual needs, progress of trajectories, personnel changes, and annual programming.
