Billund Municipality hereby awards a contract for the delivery of gravel materials to Billund Municipality. The tendered contract includes the delivery of six different types of unbound gravel materials: Road gravel grain size 0 – 16 mm. Coarse gravel II grain size 0 – 32 mm. Chipping grain size 0 – 22 mm. Crushed grey granite chippings 0 – 16 mm. Path gravel, crushed flour grain size 0 - 2 mm. Washed sand 0 - 4 mm. Deliveries according to the contract are exclusively to Billund Municipality's material yards or depots, where there are good access and unloading conditions. Depots may be established, moved or removed during the contract period. If this happens, any new locations are automatically covered by the contract. All materials should be delivered to the address Tårnvej 30, 7200 Grindsted as a starting point. Billund Municipality does not commit to accepting a specific quantity, as the scope depends on the existing need and economic allocations at any given time. A contract is entered into with one supplier. The contract period is from 01 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Billund Municipality then has the option to extend the contract on the same terms twice for one year.
