Netherlands – Multi-functional buildings construction work – Nieuwbouw MFC Zwaluwenburg te Deventer

The municipality of Deventer intends to, in cooperation with core partners, build new on the current location of Kindcentrum Kleurrijk at Zwaluwenburg 6 in Deventer. Here, a new multifunctional building will be realised, housing, among other things, two primary schools with their own childcare, sports, arts and culture under one roof. The aim is to make the new Zwaluwenburg a promising meeting place for the Colmschate-Noord neighbourhood. With the realisation of the new building, a promising place will be created for all children and residents of the neighbourhood.
