The subject of the tender is the independent scientific support, evaluation and analysis of the testing of digital procedures within the negotiations of the care remuneration in accordance with § 125c SGB XI. All relevant negotiating parties must be involved and the heterogeneity of the procedures must be taken into account. The testing is carried out on the basis of available technical and digital procedures and structures. As wide a range as possible of the existing digitally supported negotiation practices must be mapped. In addition, procedural differences must be systematically described and the duration and course of negotiations must be comparatively analysed. Furthermore, best practice approaches and structural success factors for efficient procedures are identified.
