Cleaning service includes ongoing internal cleaning of premises and cleaning-related service tasks, including ongoing cleaning of, among others, offices, kitchens, canteen, copy room, meeting rooms, toilets, exhibition areas, staircases, parking houses and rental properties and bathrooms as well as other areas, which appear from this specification and the attachments. Window cleaning and window washing are also fixed services under the contract and are included in the annual/monthly fee. Window cleaning includes both internal and external facade glass and skylights etc. The cleaning service must be able to be delivered at all of By & Havn's current and future locations. The contract with the winning bidder will be entered into on the terms and conditions that appear from the tender material's contract with attachments.
