Mission for design and works supervision for the construction of a new fire and rescue centre with a manoeuvre courtyard and a training tower. Restricted procedure with preliminary design + Firm lump sum contract: Design and works supervision competition up to the ESQ+ phase (including awarding of the winner) Optional section No. 1: from finalising the ESQ+ phase, from the APS phase to the APD phase inclusive (including building permit) Optional section No. 2: from the PRO DCE phase to the AOR phase inclusive The useful floor area to be constructed is approximately 2 536 m² (excluding the floor area of the extensions, which are not the subject of construction within the framework of the operation) on a vacant land plot of approximately 12 000 m². The area of the external amenities to be created is approximately 2 755 m².
