The subject of the contract has not been divided into lots. The insurance covers: 4.1. all risks property insurance (AR), including: 4.1.1. property insurance against theft with burglary and robbery, 4.1.2. glass and other glass items insurance against breakage (cracking). 4.2. all risks electronic equipment insurance (EEI), 4.3. civil liability insurance for business activities and property ownership, 4.4. motor insurance: 4.4.1. compulsory civil liability insurance for motor vehicle owners (OC p.p.m.), 4.4.2. comprehensive motor vehicle insurance (AC, AC/KR), 4.4.3. insurance for the consequences of road accidents for drivers and passengers of motor vehicles (NNW), 4.4.4. assistance insurance (ASS). 5. Detailed information on the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract – confidential part. 6. The contracting authority does not envisage the possibility of applying the right of option. 7. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 388(2)(c) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), of up to: - 30% of the value of the base contract for property insurance and OC business activities: - 50% of the value of the base contract for motor insurance.
