In the original procurement procedure, it was intended that tenders could be submitted exclusively for the individual lots 1 - 4. To promote competition and ensure the cost-effectiveness of the overall project, the grantor has decided to adapt the tender documents so that the submission of a total tender for the individual lots 1 to 4 is also permitted. Candidates who wish to participate in the tender on the basis of this notice may therefore apply for the submission of a total tender (but not for individual lots). Bidders who have already participated in the procedure may continue to apply for individual lots. For the conditions under which individual lots or a total tender will be evaluated, see the explanations in the accompanying document and the service description. ============================================================================================================================ The municipality of Samerberg (hereinafter: "grantor") aims to provide comprehensive, high-performance access to gigabit networks. In addition, the grantor aims to strengthen its local areas as business locations and to ensure the competitiveness of its local companies. Therefore, concession contracts for the construction and operation of gigabit networks as well as the provision of end-customer services in the areas specified below are to be concluded with telecommunications companies. The grantor has submitted a funding application within the framework of the federal funding programme "Promotion of the gigabit expansion of telecommunications networks in the Federal Republic of Germany - Gigabit Guideline 2.0" and has been granted provisional funding. In addition, the grantor intends to apply for co-financing according to the guideline on the co-financing of the gigabit expansion by the federal government in the Free State of Bavaria 2.0" (Bavarian Co-Financing Gigabit Guideline 2.0 - KofGibitR 2.0). The funding is to be provided by an investment grant in the amount of the so-called economic viability gap, i.e. in the amount of the difference between the net present value of all revenues and the net present value of the costs for network construction and operation.
