Poland – Snow-clearing services – Zimowe utrzymanie dróg na terenie Gminy Koluszki w sezonie 2026/ 2027

1. The subject of this contract is the provision of services related to the winter maintenance of roads: county, municipal, and internal roads located within the territory of the Gmina Koluszki, with an approximate total length of streets of 197 km. 2. Winter road maintenance – these are works aimed at reducing or eliminating disruptions to road traffic caused by such weather factors as: snowfall and winter slipperiness. 3. Obligations of the Contractor related to the subject of the contract: 1) removal of snow from the carriageway and roads, clearing hard-to-reach areas (bus bays, transport stops), 2) combating winter and snowy slipperiness (especially on hills, intersections and bends), 3) post-winter sweeping of road lanes: streets, parking bays, pavements, cycle paths. 4) preparation of the Contractor's vehicles and equipment, purchase and preparation of chemical agents and natural aggregates for gritting roads, as well as loading the aforementioned materials into the Contractor's gritters, 5) keeping a "Daily winter road maintenance report" and submitting it to the Contracting Authority's headquarters.
