Poland – Construction work – ul. Leśna Góra 72 w Gdańsku - remont, przebudowa, termomodernizacja budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego w ramach projektu p.n. „Kompleksowa modernizacja energetyczna budynków mieszkalnych i użytkowych objętych ochroną konserwatorską, zlokalizowanych na terenie Gminy Miasta Gdańska - w latach 2024-2027”.

1. The subject of the contract is the repair, reconstruction, and thermomodernisation of a multi-family residential building, along with the reconstruction of the accompanying infrastructure, at ul. Leśna Góra 72 in Gdańsk, as part of the project entitled “Comprehensive energy modernisation of residential and functional buildings under conservation protection, located in the territory of the Municipality of Gdańsk - in the years 2024-2027”. 2. The scope of the works includes: a) Demolition and dismantling works, b) Site preparation, c) Building works, d) Sanitary installations, e) Electrical and telecommunication installations. 3. Details are described in point 3 of the Subject of the Contract Specification of Contract Conditions.
