For this procurement, a competitive dialogue has been chosen with a proposal for the contract form of strategic partnering, ABT06. The scope or the number of premises to be included, which are the needs of the education administration, has not yet been determined. It is also not determined to what extent the premises should be ROT-renovated, newly built, adapted, rebuilt, or extended. This is part of the dialogue phase, which will take place after the summer. The strategic partnering starts with a FAS 0 and, following a decision, continues with FAS 1, etc. The only thing that has been determined is that there is a limited budget within which as much as possible is to be obtained to meet the current and future operational needs of the coming years.
