France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Prestations d'intermédiation en expertises informatiques avec Sourcing (SMASH2)

This 5-year framework agreement, renewable for 3 years in 12-month periods, concerns the supply of IT expertise intermediation services with Sourcing for EDF SA, its subsidiary EDF Power Solutions, its subsidiary G2S and all its French subsidiaries except DALKIA, ENEDIS, Electricité de Strasbourg, Nuward. This contract is also known as the SMASH2 Contract. Its main objective is to enable EDF SA and its eligible subsidiaries to source rare or specific skills and expertise directly from independent experts (freelance) through intermediation companies. The intermediation services include:

• Expert, technical and contractual qualification of their partners,

• Access to administrative and contractual services simplifying the implementation of partner services,

• Implementation of IT services by these expert IT partners for the company.

EDF SA issues this contract notice on its own behalf and on behalf of all its eligible subsidiaries, including G2S and EDF PowerSolutions.
