France – Measuring instruments – FOURNITURE, MAINTENANCE PREVENTIVE ET CORRECTIVE D’EQUIPEMENTS POUR LA MESURE DES PROFILS DE ROUE, L’ECARTEMENT DES ROUES ET LA MESURE DE DIAMETRE DE ROUE DESTINES AUX ATELIERS DE MAINTENANCE DE LA DIRECTION MATERIEL ROULANT FERROVIAIRE DE LA RATP

The services under this framework agreement cover: The supply, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment for measuring wheel profiles, wheel spacing and wheel diameter for maintenance workshops, in quantities ranging from 15 units (minimum quantity) to 40 units (maximum quantity). This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, with a minimum and maximum amount broken down as follows:

The minimum amount corresponds to the study, supply, delivery, receipt, commissioning, and preventive maintenance (during the 24-month warranty period and the 36-month out-of-warranty period) of 15 units for measuring wheel profiles, wheel spacing and wheel diameter, for the maintenance workshops of the Direction Matériel Roulant Ferroviaire of the RATP, calculated on the basis of the prices indicated in the DPGF, Annex 1 of this framework agreement.

The maximum amount corresponds to:

- the minimum amount of Annex 1, and

- the amount for the supply, delivery, receipt, commissioning, and preventive maintenance (during the 24-month warranty period and the 36-month out-of-warranty period) of 1 to 25 additional units for measuring wheel profiles, wheel spacing and wheel diameter, for the maintenance workshops of the Direction Matériel Roulant Ferroviaire of the RATP, calculated on the basis of the prices indicated in the DPGF, Annex 1 of this framework agreement.

Additional services on quotation to address any potential unidentifiable evolutions, with corrective maintenance not exceeding 30% of the minimum amount of the framework agreement.
