The procurement concerns framework agreements as described in the procurement documents. Also referred to as the Agreement. This procurement concerns a comprehensive commitment for occupational health services which includes qualified support in the development of the work environment in accordance with what is described in the procurement document. The procurement covers Region Sörmland and Folktandvården AB. The operation is primarily located in Eskilstuna, Katrineholm and Nyköping. The Region is one of the largest employers in the county with approximately 8,000 employees. Read more about the region's operations at https://regionsormland.se/ The procurement's aim is to enter into a framework agreement with a party-neutral expert resource with a focus on promoting health, preventing ill health, follow-up measures and other services in accordance with current law, regulations and agreements within the occupational health and safety area. Services shall be delivered in accordance with the purchaser's governing documents. The efforts shall apply to individuals (employees), groups and organisations. When the competence in the own operation is not sufficient within the above areas, the employer shall engage occupational health services or equivalent expert assistance in accordance with the Swedish Work Environment Act (1977:1160) Chapter 3, Section 2c.
