France – Sanitary works – SYNERGIE - Raccordement Hydraulique et électrique de SKIDS des sous-stations

The public service delegation for the operation of the SYNER'GIE heat network was awarded in 2016 to DALKIA by LE MANS METROPOLE. To date, the heat network spans approximately 50 km and supplies more than 210 substations located in the cities of Le Mans and Allonnes. The newly validated Amendment 4 by the delegating authority will allow the extension of this network by more than 20 km and the supply of nearly a hundred new substations by 2030. This development will be accompanied by the construction of a new 16 MWth gas-fired boiler, the creation of an import/export substation with RCU Mans Nord Enr'gie, and the installation of hydro-accumulation at the existing Bords de l'Huisne boiler. The 2026 work program plans to extend the urban heat network to supply 37 new substations (residential and community buildings of the Métropole). The estimated total length of the antennas to be created will be approximately 4.5 km. The contract is divided into 6 lots, the substations are divided into 3 zones, each with 1 hydraulic lot and 1 electricity lot

Lot 1 and 2 - Zone 1: Paixhans Antenna - Joinville Antenna - Mariette Antenna (12 substations)

Lot 3 and 4 - Zone 2: Vigny Antenna - Monthéard Antenna - Malpalu Solitude Antenna - Flore Antenna (12 substations)

Lot 5 and 6 - Zone 3: Antennas and loop - Georges Durand Antenna - Ronceray Antenna - Nord Gare Antenna - Cartoucherie Antenna - Jules Ferry Antenna - Geneslay Antenna (13 substations)

The hydraulic works consist of:

- Hydraulic connection of substations to the SYNERGIE network

- Handling of skids (supplied by DALKIA) from the storage location to the substations

- Removal of existing boilers

- Primary and secondary connection in substations

The electrical works consist of:

- Electrical disconnection of current boilers

- Electrical removal of unused equipment

- Connection of skids
