The subject of the procurement is the “turnkey” implementation of the works “Modernisation of transformer stations” - PTA 3 BUCURESTI, PTA 1 BUDA, PT 2 RAZBOIENI, PT 276 PIATRA NEAMT, PT 1 MOARA, PT 2 POCHIDIA SAT, PT 4 TRESTIANA, PT 2 BOGDAN VODA TV, PT 5 SUCEVITA, PT 56 CAMPULUNG, PT 1 GRIVITA SAT, respectively the preparation of technical and economic documentation phase PTh+CS+DTAC+DDE, supply of products (excluding meters, which will be provided by Delgaz Grid) and execution of the works necessary to achieve the project objectives, preparation of As Built documentation, consisting of the following activities, exemplified in project no. 182/2024 - phase SF (made available to economic operators for guidance): Design activities: • preparation of documentation for obtaining opinions, agreements, authorisations, Building Permit and support for obtaining it; • preparation of technical documentation (technical project – (PTH), bill of quantities (CS), execution details (DDE) - detailed execution documentation including other necessary expertise for the preparation of the technical project– having as an example but not limited to these, the technical and economic scenarios established in the design documentation phase SF) • technical assistance during the execution of the works • technical assistance for the participation of the designer in the phases included in the execution works control program, approved by I.S.C. Execution of works: • procurement of all materials and equipment necessary for the implementation of the works; • execution of the works, with the integration of materials and equipment necessary; • testing and commissioning (PIF); • training (schooling) of the operating personnel of the contracting entity; • preparation of As Built documentation (technical documentation prepared in accordance with the actual situation on site upon completion of the works); • preparation of documents necessary for the completion of the technical book of the investment. Note: *) The costs related to the training (schooling) of Delgaz Grid SA staff are included in the cost of the equipment (Chapter 4.4 of the bill of quantities). **) The costs of the taxes for obtaining opinions, agreements and authorisations will not be included in the offer, the payment of these being made on the basis of supporting documents. Number of days by which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 18 days. Ent.ctr. will respond to requests for clarification/information, in accordance with art 172 para. (2) of Law 99/2016. The response of Ent.ctr. to these requests will be transmitted 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders cf art 173 of Law 99/2016. Ent. Contr. is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification received after the specified deadline. All responses to the requested clarifications will be available to any interested Op.ec. by accessing the "LIST OF CLARIFICATIONS, NOTIFICATIONS AND DECISIONS" section from the Participation Notice associated with this procedure through SEAP, using the interface: http://sicap-prod.e-licitatie.ro/pub. If necessary, Ent.Ctr can modify the content of the Award Documentation by issuing an Amendment to the Award Documentation. Modifications can be issued at any time before the deadline for receipt of Tenders, but Ent. Ctr. will allow, if necessary, a sufficient time interval for interested Op.ec. for the preparation of Tenders, by extending the deadline for receipt of Tenders.
