France – Demolition work – Marché de travaux de démolition / reconstruction de balcons autoportés des résidences St Exupéry et Musset situées au 4 rue de la paix et 8 rue Jean Zay à LOOS ( 104 logements)

The contract concerns the asbestos removal/demolition and reconstruction of self-supporting balconies on the Musset and St Exupéry residences in LOOS; these works constitute Lot 9 of a consultation already carried out. The contract is awarded under the Public Procurement Code. The contract includes an economic activity insertion scheme. The contract is awarded at a fixed and adjustable lump sum under the conditions of the CCAP. It is concluded for a period of 12 months (including 2 months of preparation). No options are to be priced, and variants are not allowed. The start of the works is envisaged for October 2026.
