Romania – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Servicii de întreținere, revizii tehnice periodice și reparații pentru autovehiculele din parcul auto al A.B.A. Siret - S.G.A. Suceava

Providing maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for the vehicles in the fleet of A.B.A. Siret - S.G.A. Suceava, namely:

- LOT 1 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with M.M.T.A. up to 3.5 t, from the fleet of A.B.A. Siret – S.G.A. Suceava;

- LOT 2 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for N3 light commercial vehicles with M.M.T.A. over 3.5 t, from the fleet of A.B.A. Siret – S.G.A. Suceava;

- LOT 3 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for equipment from the fleet of A.B.A. Siret – S.G.A. Suceava.

A separate framework service agreement will be concluded for each lot of services, for a period of 24 months, i.e. 2026 – 2028.

LOT 1: Maximum contract value subsequent Lot 1: 206,882.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 90,000.00 lei excluding VAT

• maximum value of parts and consumables: 116,882.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum framework agreement value Lot 1: 413,764.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 180,000.00 lei excluding VAT;

• budget for parts and consumables: 233,764.00 lei excluding VAT.

Lot 2: Maximum contract value subsequent Lot 2 = 48,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 18,000.00 lei excluding VAT

• maximum value of parts and consumables: 30,000.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum framework agreement value Lot 2: 96,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 36,000.00 lei excluding VAT;

• budget for parts and consumables: 60,000.00 lei excluding VAT

Lot 3: Maximum contract value subsequent Lot 3 = 300,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 118,125.00 lei excluding VAT

• maximum value of parts, consumables, and mobile workshop displacement: 181,875.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum framework agreement value Lot 3: 600,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

• maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 236,250.00 lei excluding VAT;

• budget for parts, consumables, and mobile workshop displacement: 363,750.00 lei excluding VAT

During the framework agreement, subsequent service contracts will be awarded later, monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, depending on the real needs and available financial resources of the contracting authority with this purpose. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications/supplementary information by the 10th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications: 20.
