Alb-Kaserne, Stetten a.k.M., Building H, Adaptation of Heat Generation Plant

To ensure the supply security of the Alb-Kaserne in Stetten a.k.M., the heat generation plant is to be renewed. The implementation of the construction measure will be carried out in two construction phases.

Construction Phase 1 includes the complete new construction of the boiler house as well as the installation of the pellet boilers and the associated secondary technology. After the commissioning of Phase 1, Phase 2 will follow.

Construction Phase 2 includes the renovation of the existing boiler house Building H, including the replacement of the existing boiler system and the necessary technology.

In this procedure, the services of building design, structural design, thermal building physics and noise protection are to be awarded to a general planner.
