One or more companies (bidder consortia) are sought that, in light of current societal and political discussions, are able to advise and support the UBSKM and the Processing Commission in all their thematic areas in a communicatively sensitive and effective manner. The contract start is planned from 01 July 2027. The framework agreement is initially to be concluded until 30 June 2029. Subject to the availability of the corresponding budget, there is an option to extend the agreement to a maximum of 30 June 2031. The budget framework is approximately 400,000 Euro annually gross, accordingly the estimated quantity for the planned contract period is 1,600,000 Euro gross. The maximum purchase limit is 1,800,000 Euro gross. Upon reaching the maximum purchase limit, the framework agreement will automatically expire. Key tasks: • Hosting all websites of UBSKM and the Commission, unless otherwise agreed (quantity: approximately nine websites) • Editorial, content and technical maintenance, ensuring continuous updating of content and possibly expanding it to include relevant new content (quantity: approximately nine websites) • If necessary, setting up satellite sites/microsites for individual projects (quantity: one to three optional) • Overhauling websites and their meaningful links, incorporating online features, video and social media (quantity: approximately nine websites) • If necessary, creating new websites or relaunching the aforementioned websites, taking into account existing corporate designs (quantity: one to two optional) • Advising on the continuous development of the websites, taking into account modern usability standards (quantity: approximately nine websites) • Implementing multilingualism (foreign language, simple and/or easy language), continuous maintenance according to existing areas; the translation work can be carried out by external service providers (quantity: two to three websites) • Developing interactive elements and various features (such as setting up chats, galleries, interactive offers, etc.) (quantity: approximately nine websites) • Tracking visitor numbers, possibly access numbers/downloads of documents, and advising on website optimisation based on this (quantity: approximately nine websites) • Measures in the areas of SEO, SEA and GEO (quantity: approximately nine websites) • In-depth knowledge regarding accessibility (in accordance with BITV) and data protection (GDPR) is required; the management and implementation of accessibility can be carried out by external service providers (quantity: approximately nine websites) • Implementation and integration of live streams (quantity: approximately one to two times per year on one website) • Implementation and hosting of survey tools such as LimeSurvey (quantity: one account)
