The Contracting Authority, within the framework of a framework agreement, wishes to purchase, for the Institution, photopheresis (ECP) sets required for its own equipment for a period of 24 months: Single-use, sterile, online photopheresis-compatible, Therakos Cellex photopheresis equipment compatible sets 820 base quantity + 680 options (total framework quantity: 1500 units). The Contracting Authority undertakes a call-off commitment solely with regard to the base quantity (820 units). (The Contracting Authority has determined the level of the call-off commitment in accordance with the 6.§ (2a) of the 16/2012. (II.16.) Government Decree.) The Contracting Authority, in accordance with 46. § (3) of the 321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree (Decree), records that the reference to a product, origin, type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark specified in the invitation to start the procedure and in the procurement documents is made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the subject matter, and the term "or equivalent" shall be understood under the designation.
