This is a so-called "composite" contract. It consists of a part corresponding to a contract and another part corresponding to a framework agreement. For the part corresponding to a contract, this will take the form of a standard contract with a lump sum. For the part corresponding to a framework agreement, this will take the form of a single-supplier framework agreement with the issuance of purchase orders on the one hand and the award of subsequent contracts on the other. The part relating to the framework agreement (for the part with purchase orders and the part with subsequent contracts) will be concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 450,000.00 euros excluding tax over the total duration of the contract in accordance with articles R.2162-2 paragraph 2, R.2162-4 2°, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Code de la commande publique.
