The subject of the contract is the supply, installation and approval of the train protection system ETCS Level 2, Baseline 4 (ETCS BL4-ATO) for 10k diesel locomotives of series 757 (hereinafter referred to as “LOK 757”) in accordance with the TSI/EN/STN standards and technical specifications. The manufacturer of LOK 757 is Železničné opravovne a strojárne Zvolen, a.s. The detailed definition of the subject of the contract is given in section B.1 Description of the contract subject of the tender documents and in the draft contract for work.
