1. The subject of the contract is the supply of virtualization servers to meet the needs of Wrocław University of Technology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ – OPZ. 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract, which are the intended provisions of the agreement on the public contract, is in the contract template, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 4. CPV Code: 48820000-2 Servers. 5. The subject of the contract will be fulfilled within 2 months from the date of sending the Order. The subject of the contract will be fulfilled successively over a period of up to 3 months, from the date of signing the Agreement by the Parties, in accordance with the detailed requirements of the Ordering Party, specified each time in the Order. The submission of order(s) (from the basic scope and from the options scope) will be within 2 weeks from the date of signing the Agreement. Details regarding the deadline and conditions for the fulfillment of the subject of the contract are in the contract template, which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 6. In accordance with Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party envisages the possibility of invalidating the subject of the proceedings, if the funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 7. The Ordering Party envisages the application of the so-called reverse procedure, as referred to in Article 139(1) of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. the Ordering Party will first carry out an examination and evaluation of offers, and then carry out a subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was most highly evaluated, in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in the proceedings. 8. The Contractor is bound by the offer from the date of expiry of the offer submission deadline until 16/12/2026 (no longer than 90 days).
