France – Environmental services – GPSO - Coordinateur Environnement DAE1 - Secteur EST

This contract concerns the performance of environmental coordinator missions as part of preliminary investigations (preventive archaeology diagnostics, geotechnical surveys, site clearance) in the departments of Lot-et-Garonne (47), Tarn-et-Garonne (82), and Haute-Garonne (31) of the Bordeaux-Toulouse new line project, a component of the South-West Major Railway Project (GPSO), and notably for the operations of forestry clearance. The contractor will be responsible for implementing the prescribed ERC measures within the framework of the DAE1, namely:

- Ecological monitoring and monitoring of site interventions, in areas subject to clearance authorisation or in areas outside clearance but requiring the implementation of avoidance or reduction measures upstream of preventive archaeology operations or geotechnical surveys;

- Strict control of the implementation of avoidance, reduction and accompaniment measures as defined in the "protected species derogation" section and more generally in DAE1 "preliminary investigations" Bordeaux / Toulouse;

- Technical support and advice to the contracting authority and site teams to ensure compliance with regulations and best ecological practices;

- Information feedback, preparation of regular reports (report and GIS), and proposal of possible adjustments to the devices if necessary, in line with the evolution of field operations.

The contract has a duration of 44 months, and is composed of one firm lot (08 months) and three optional lots (12 months each).
