Denmark – Construction work – Faciliteter til Hærens Tunge Brigade (FHTB) på 582 Aalborg Kaserne - Bygningsnummer 157 og 158 samt etablering af parkering.
Description
The current project is part of the Danish Defence Command and ETK's overall plan for "Facilities for the Army's Heavy Brigade" (FHTB). FHTB includes renovation and new construction at several establishments across the country to ensure facilities for the Army's Heavy Brigade. The current tender concerns the main contract for 582 Aalborg Barracks. The construction at Aalborg Barracks includes the following: The project involves the construction of two identical garage buildings with associated office towers. Each building consists of a central garage facility to support daily operations, as well as two integrated office towers over three floors located at the ends of the building. The office towers contain workspaces, meeting and training facilities, and the necessary welfare functions, including lounges, changing rooms, and other staff facilities. The garage buildings are equipped for vehicles, equipment, and associated operational functions, while the office towers house administrative functions and create modern frameworks for both management, planning, and staff. The design of the buildings ensures a functional cohesion between operational and office functions, as well as good internal connections between the work areas. The project also includes maneuvering and driving areas around the buildings, which ensure access and efficient operation for larger vehicles. Furthermore, P Syd, a larger parking area for lorries and other heavy vehicles, is established. The area is designed with a focus on traffic safety and functionality, including clear separation of moving and pedestrian traffic, as well as safe pedestrian connections between the parking areas, buildings, and the area's other functions.
Gross Areas
The total gross floor area per building is approximately 6,563 m2, distributed as follows:
1st floor: approximately 3,686 m2
2nd floor: approximately 1,866 m2
3rd floor: approximately 1,011 m2
Total building area (2 x 6,563 m2) = 13,126 m2
Terrain at buildings 157 and 158
• Approximately 29,000 m2 of coloc surfacing around buildings and associated maneuvering areas.
• Parking facilities for approximately 100 cars.
P Syd
• Approximately 45,000 m2 of coloc surfacing.
• Approximately 3,000 m2 of green areas with planting.
• Approximately 1,000 m2 of pedestrian areas.
• The above should contain approximately 295 parking spaces for heavy vehicles (12.5 x 5.8 m), a significant portion of which are designated with the possibility of parking vehicles up to 25 m in length.
For further details regarding the content of the main contract, refer to the remaining tender material, which, for security reasons, will only be delivered at the time when the companies that ETK pre-qualifies to submit bids have signed a confidentiality agreement, see point 3. The applicant's request for pre-qualification should therefore be submitted solely on the basis of the information in the present pre-qualification conditions.
