Romania – Repair and maintenance services of cooler groups – Servicii de mentenanță preventivă și corectivă pentru sistemele HVAC și aparatele de aer condiționat din cadrul Spitalului Clinic de Urgență pentru Copii «Louis Țurcanu» Timișoara

The subject of the procedure is the conclusion, for a period of 36 months, of framework agreements for the provision of preventive and corrective maintenance services for HVAC systems and air conditioning units within the „Louis Țurcanu” Timișoara Emergency Children's Clinic Hospital. The procurement is divided into 4 lots, depending on the buildings, locations and types of equipment serviced. The services include preventive inspections, checks, measurements, adjustments, cleaning, disinfection and decontamination, fault diagnosis and rectification, corrective and emergency interventions, preparation of service reports and other operations provided for in the terms of reference. For Lots 1–3, the supply and installation of filters related to HVAC systems are included, and for Lot 4, the inventory, labelling and updating of the records of split-type air conditioning units are included. For each lot, a framework agreement will be concluded with a single economic operator, and the subsequent contracts, with a maximum duration of 12 months, will be awarded without reopening the competition, depending on the actual needs of the contracting authority and the available budget funds.
