The subject of the contract are services and supplies including: The service of collection and management of permanent municipal waste from owners of residential properties and properties with holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes, located in the territory of the Municipality of Nowe, including the equipping of properties with containers for the selective collection of ash, as well as the distribution of bags for the collection of paper, glass, metals and plastics, and biodegradable waste in single-family homes and properties with holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes. Residential properties – meaning properties used entirely for residential purposes and residential-commercial or commercial-residential properties in the residential part. Properties with holiday homes or other properties used for recreational purposes – built-up properties where holiday homes, camping trailers or other buildings used for recreational purposes are located periodically throughout the year. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is described in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
