Germany – Environmental improvement works – Energiesparcontracting (ESC) für kommunale Gebäude der Hansestadt Uelzen

The Hanseatic City of Uelzen intends to award an energy-saving contracting for a pool of selected municipal buildings. The aim is to achieve a rapid, permanent and significant reduction in energy costs as well as the modernisation of the building stock. The project includes a pool of nine municipal properties, which in total contain 16 buildings. The properties are eight schools and the city library.
