Croatia – Furniture – Opremanje Centar za kulturu zdravlja – Dvorac Janković Cabuna

The subject of the public procurement is the furnishing and equipment of the Culture and Health Centre – Janković Palace Cabuna. The Janković Palace in Cabuna was built at the end of the 19th century. The building is located on plot no. 607/2, k.o. Cabuna, at 14 Grofova Street, Cabuna. The project task involves reconstructing the existing building in such a way that it is converted into the Culture and Health Centre. The Centre is envisioned as an independent complex for the economic culture and heritage of the area through an interactive exhibition on the ground floor. In the basement, in the northern wing of the building, there are utility spaces such as a technical room, waste disposal, a handyman's workshop, and a changing room for technical staff with a separate entrance. In the continuation of the basement space, there is a polygon for physical activity and education of children and a children's polygon on the theme "How our ancestors used to play?" with wooden toys such as a traditional wooden rocking horse, a wooden dollhouse, a swing, a bow and arrow. In the continuation of the children's polygon, four different play areas for children are set up. In the first play area, there will be the game "Don't Get Angry, Man!" in natural size and wooden swings, in the second play area there will be tables and chairs for social games and children's entertainment, in the third play area there will be a carriage on rails with horses with an electric drive and a wooden merry-go-round and in the fourth play area there will be a climbing wall, bales of straw suitable for children's jumping games, tents for children and a pool in four parts with balls and the rest of the basement space will have sanitary nodes and vertical communications. On the ground floor, there is the main entrance, which uses the existing entrance located in the courtyard part of the building (northern wing) and leads to a ramp adapted for people with disabilities. Immediately next to the main entrance and reception there is also the main staircase with an elevator, sanitary facilities, a cloakroom and a souvenir shop. In the central part of the ground floor, there will be a café-bar with a space for a "wine tour" where several types of "local" wines will be presented and tasted, as well as local healthy food with the aim of promoting local production and products from the Slavonian and Podravina regions, and a lounge opposite them as a representative information space with tablets. The café-bar and wine presentation space (on the western façade) is connected to a terrace with an exit to the outdoor area. The space of the first floor, which is located only above the central part of the palace, is intended for office spaces with a tea kitchen and a representative large and small cultural-presentation hall which will serve for educational content, presentations, expert lectures with the appropriate lobby and user sanitary facilities. As part of the interior design and equipment of the Janković Palace, an outdoor playground for children will also be equipped. In addition to the palace exhibits, all spaces will be equipped with modern furniture. Technological equipment for the café-bar, wine cellar and tea kitchen will be installed with all the accompanying machinery such as dishwashers, built-in refrigerators, ice makers, etc. A detailed description of the equipment is given in the cost items descriptions and detailed floor plans and diagrams.
