The subject of the contract is the purchase of rescue-firefighting vehicles for the purposes of conducting rescue operations and implementing civil defence and civil protection tasks, divided into parts. 2. The subject of the contract (SOC) is Annex 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 to SWZ: a) Part 1 - delivery of 1 unit of a medium-sized rescue-firefighting vehicle for the purposes of conducting rescue operations and implementing civil defence and civil protection tasks; b) Part 2 - delivery of 1 unit of a medium-sized rescue-firefighting vehicle for the purposes of conducting rescue operations and implementing civil defence and civil protection tasks; c) Part 3 - delivery of 1 unit of a heavy rescue-firefighting vehicle for the purposes of conducting rescue operations and implementing civil defence and civil protection tasks. 3. The subject of the contract offered by the Contractor must meet all the requirements specified by the Purchaser in Annex 1.1, 1.2, 1.3. 4. The Purchaser requires that the subject of the contract offered be factory-new and compliant with all applicable standards and regulations. 5. The Purchaser allows the assignment of part of the contract to a Subcontractor. 6. The Purchaser requires the Contractor to indicate in the offer which parts of the contract will be assigned to Subcontractors, and to provide the names of any potential Subcontractors, if known. 7. The contract will be implemented on the terms specified in the contract templates, which are Annex 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 to this SWZ. 8. The possibility of changing the contract and the conditions for changing it are included in Annex 8.1, 8.2, 8.3 to SWZ. 9. The Contractor may also submit an offer for all parts of the contract. The Purchaser allows, in accordance with art. 91 para. 1 of the Pzp Act, the submission of partial offers. An offer can be submitted in relation to one, two or three parts of the contract. The Purchaser does not limit the number of contract parts that can be awarded to one Contractor. Offers for each part of the contract will be examined and evaluated separately. 10. The Purchaser may invalidate the procedure for awarding the contract before the deadline for submitting offers if circumstances arise that make further conduct of the procedure unjustified. 11. The Purchaser informs that, in accordance with art. 257 of the PZP Act, it may invalidate the procedure for awarding the contract if the public funds that the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted. 12. The Purchaser requires the provision of security for proper performance of the contract. The security will be provided before the contract is signed.
