Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych pochodzących z nieruchomości zamieszkałych na terenie Gminy Żerków w 2027 roku

The subject of the contract is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste from residential properties, consisting of:

1) Acceptance of municipal waste by the Contractor at the municipal waste acceptance point from the municipal waste collection operator, in accordance with the law and the requirements set out in the contract documents.

2) Processing of the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R), disposal (D) and/or storage processes in accordance with the law.

3) Fulfillment of reporting and information obligations.

4) Provision of services and obligations related to the services specified in points 1-3 above.
